Remote help
common questions about the system

Very simple! If I intended to charge a customer and during the operation my software / computer / internet went down, you should check the defective charges report. Reports > Terminals > Defective charges. If there is something on the list, then the customer has been charged but no reference has been produced for him and this must be done manually (together with the support ☎ ). If the list is empty, the customer haven't been charged.


No. If you want to credit the customer, you must enter the details as usual (without a minus) and finally click 'Credit'.
